Check in was chaotic and uninformative - it was delayed y hours with no communication or support.

Excellent location, with all cool neighborhoods nearby.
The hotel is clean, and comfortable.
The gym could be better equipped, and a little larger.
Nevertheless it is a very good option, and a decent price for this 5 star hotel.

Lovely staff, lovely area, the hotel rooms are gorgeous, neat and modern. Stayed with my family and will return soon.
