Whilst the property has a convenient location, the room I was attributed was extremely substandard: very noisy as on the ground floor, immediately next to a lounge area, the single mattresses (not a king size as per the description) were antiquated with the springs easily felt making sleeping very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning / heating not functional. Highly disappointing experience given the price point and certainly not worthy of a "VIP deluxe" characterisation. This was not my first stay in this hotel but it may well be the last.

Excellent location and close to local amenities. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower.
The room itself is however very basic. The rug is old and dirty. The ventilator in the bathroom wasn’t working. We chose the hotel because we thought you could see the effiel tower from the rooms, but apparently only very few top floor rooms have that added advantage. So overall not the best but ok.

Therefore, as it was not the category you have booked, we were not able to allocate you a room with a view. We are sorry you encountered an inconvenience with the rug and ventilator, however after having precisely checked these items we did not find any stain or misworking ventilator. Didn’t have a balcony, but did have a nice sized window to open to check the temperarure/surroundings. Great friendly staff. We like the location.
