Terrible service . Rooms not checked for air and heat thermostats, fridge not replaced which was not working trill the last night , charges to my credit card totally messed up from check in to check out . Returned to this property after 8 years. Will not come back . My son’s room TV did not work inspite of repeated requests to fix. Why are the rooms not checked out before assigning to guests . No compensation received inspite of a request.

Air conditioning was broken
Room was up to 30 degrees c
After 3 nights got a fan
Brought temperature down to 25
Wifi is 15 euros a day per connection
Were not told that in check in
Had a staff enter the room at 8 am and wake us up

Loved the location. Easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Historical sites are close. Breakfast is delicious with a wide range of food options; breakfast staff is friendly, helpful and courteous.

Rooms need a refresh. Doors and paiting make the room feel old. Location and general hotel is great.

Iam very disapointed and not satisfy about my stay at this hotel in paris

Rive Gauche Marriott
Posted 5 Jan 2020 on HotelsI had stayed here once before with a tour group. We found a good price and decided to stay again. My wife got very ill with a virus(?) while eating at a nearby restaurant. One of the servers helped us back to the hotel and from there the staff at the hotel was amazing. They had a paramedic check on us, along with staff. Then called a doctor to come check her out. He came at a little after midnight and gave her some meds and prescription. This was absolutely above and beyond. They have won us over forever.
