The air-con refused to work after one use trying to get it fixed was useless also the daft idea of 3 pillows on the bed trying to get another took ages since have pillows been rationed?

Check in very inefficient
Had to wait more than an hour to check in

Check in was 3:00. Only 1 person working so it took awhile and desk person had to check if rooms were cleaned. Elevator didn’t stop at 4th floor so we went to 5th floor and had to take the narrow straps down a floor. Air conditioning worked great in our room. Room had a musty smell but that went away when the air was running. If you eat gluten free, request gf food options for breakfast when you check in.

Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was excellent but the lady got the three mornings we ate was miserable! I think she’s not happy at her job and needs a new one. Geeze! Otherwise was nice. Small but clean and excellent if your using for French Open. Could walk there and back and very safe!

Rooms were quite small but good value. Location near to Roland Garros and subway very convenient.

Nice Hotel
