Lovely hotel, small and compact, disappointing they don’t store luggage after checkout

Normally we are able to keep the luggage of our guest on the day of departure yet our luggage room is small and when the hotel is fully booked, priority is granted to arriving guests. Really nice place. Really scary outside at night. I suspect there is a better entrance. Second guess google maps.

We are close to two major stations and the area can be crowded and noisy. For your information there are two entrance : one on the Gare du Nord side and one next to Gare de l'Est (this entrance is closed at night from 1 to 5am).We are happy that despite this aspect you seem to have made the most of your stay at the hotel !We hope to see you again when you travel to Paris in the future. This location is superb & excellently convenient. The staff (especially the servers at apertivo) were outstanding. The apertivo was such a bonus! I wil stay here each and every time, even though the rooms are small. I never go to Paris to sit in the hotel room!

Really appreciated the coffee machine in the lounge and the water dispenser in the hallway. No need for water bottles.
