My elderly parents and I got 2 rooms on 2 different levels. I asked the staff if it’s possible to get access to the levels we’re both on. They said it wasn’t possible. They only give you 2 key cards and one is needed to operate the power in your room. So basically you’re stuck with one key card when you’re at the property. My dad had asked the receptionist if they can let him in to my floor (because i felt sick) but they said it was not possible. So my poor dad had to walk up the stairs to come get me. Quelle horreur!

Property was great on location to getting around and very quiet and neat. The downstairs bar/reataurant gave excellent service, cannot fault them. Few concerning points; bed was not made just covered with clothing still under sheets which we thought we lost. Toilet roll was empty and not renewed . 8th floor rearuarant service was horrible, not organised or managed properly, waited 20mins to have order taken and seeeing guest who came after us were eating. Ordered drinks and never git it until i reminded waiter on leavijg that we never got the drinks so tgey needed to be taken off the bill. Waiters were all about and not in vharge of specific areas which was very confusing to who was waiting ot sat down first we left the reataurant very quick and went off site. Apart feom this 2 disappoinments the hotel is indeed a 4star experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The room was great. We asked for a sofa bed for our kids and every afternoon when we got back to room, sofa was already made for our kids to sleep in. They even allowed us to leave our bags after checking out, since our train wouldn't leave until late afternoon. Overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the beautiful city of Paris!!

The staff was friendly. The amenities were decent. I like that they had a gym at this location, but the cable machine was not very good. the movement was not smooth at all and was limited in range of movement. The air con in the room was not strong at all and the thermostat did not display the temperature so I could not tell if it was actually cooling down. The room was very warm, and humid. The bathroom was not constructed very well as cracks in the shower, loose pipes made the place feel very cheap. Overall, I would not stay here agai or any Novotels

The experience was ok. The breakfast is not included in woth the room. The AC was on automatic so it was a bit cold in the room. The laundry service is expensive and is only from 8am to 10am. It is overpriced.

Hits and Misses
Decent hotel. It trys to be "cool and camplike" but the desks in the tent are not efficient, the staff has to run back and forth to the office for supplies/key cards. There were 2 staff members that seemed to really know what they were doing and were kind and helpful. Others in training? The hotel also attempts eco-friendly w/water bottles, LOW flow showers and pre-set a/c settings. We visited in early June and it wasn't even that hot yet and we were warm all night. Staff said the a/c levels were set to a max/min. Yet, they replaced all our towels even when we hung them up. Also, great restaurant on the roof with incredible views but we could never eat there as it was always pre-reserved w/no availability for hotel guests. The bartender was delightful (but full bar only available with a meal).
