Terrible hotel expedia should had been more selective and verify property profile, the property is nothing like the pictures!

Pleasant stay

Disappointing Experience at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna
I recently stayed at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna with my family and was profoundly disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were forced to wait at the main gate for an excessive half-hour without explanation or apology, which was particularly distressing as we had children with us.
While the initial promise of a discount as compensation was made by a staff member, it was abruptly rescinded when the issue was mentioned to be escalated. The absence of a manager compounded the problem, and the lack of empathy and professionalism exhibited by the staff member we encountered in the morning was deeply unsettling.
This experience falls far below the standard expected from a reputable establishment like Novotel Hotels. As a loyal customer, I anticipated better treatment and a more effective resolution process.
In light of these issues, I urge Novotel Hotels to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Restoring faith in the quality of service provided by Novotel Hotels is essential.
