Very noisy & loud…staff talking & working in the hallways. There is a nightclub directly across the street. Looks nice from the outside but found out quickly it’s sketchy. Screams, shouting, fighting & car horn honking contest til 7:00 am… Seriously, it was scary! In a great location w/good restaurants nearby but there are other places to choose from. This stay ruined our trip!

This hotel shouldn’t be advertised as 4*. Staff is rude or non efficient. Absolutely not helpful at all and properly is not well maintained. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

I turned up late to check in and they had charged me for the room, but decided to give it to someone else. I then had to pay for a room at another hotel due to them not having any space. I booked rooms for the rest of my work colleagues and they screwed up each booking with utter and needless confusion. Some of the staff there are fantastic, but some are next to useless. Shame.

The hotel was nice and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They upgraded our room by surprise! It was our honeymoon and the hotel asked us beforehand if we were celebrating...they left a plate of chocolates and a note and banner in our room to help us celebrate...very thoughtful! We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect, the only thing was that the hair dryer was super old, and went on and off constantley, and they couldnt give me one that actually worked, cause they had the same in every room,I m sure they would change them someday, and other thing …there’s a night club across the street, and some days was a little bit noisy, but I would definitley came back again!! With my own hairdryer😀, the cleanliness , the location, the breakfast , the staff was super!!

The room was too small, I paid for a king size bed and they put us on regular size. The linen was a little worn off and the cleanliness of the carpet was not very good because me and my wife got the allergies. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

La ubicación es inmejorable y el entorno es seguro a toda hora. Las instalaciones están muy bien, hay agua, golosinas y fruta de cortesía en el lobby , y espacio para relajarse.
