Need air conditioner working

The rooms are too small for the price . But Denver at reception is AMAZING AND so helpful

I feel cheated and have consequently discovered the hotel advertised as 3star. Upon leaving the hotel the staff admitted to being embarrassed. But there is no one else there. It is a poorly managed budget hotel. Surrounded by better hotels. This is a horrible misrepresentation from the moment you step inside the door. It is not a 4 star hotel. The staff don’t even stand behind the front desk. As they are trying to make the empty bar area/reception seem “full”. The “classic double room” just about accommodates a bed, there isn’t enough room for towels in the bathroom! There is a shower, sink & toilet with a sliding door. The toilet door doesn’t close as the “desk” blocks the door. No room There is one hook for a towel so if you have 2 guests you have no room for wet towels. The shower is fine but the shower hose is a grey plastic tube, adding to the poor quality of room. They supplied paper cups in toilet for tooth brush as due to the lack of room. There is no area/shelf for toiletries at sink. It is that small. The wardrobe had been filled with a fridge and safe. The rest of wardrobe can’t hold a coat or dress. Just some t’s and shirts. There are no luxury in this hotel room. It is not 4 star at any level. There is little or no sound proofing. You will hear your neighbors arrive and leave plus chat. Horrible

Dear Sir Definitely, our hotel is a four star hotel, we have been labelled on decembre 2021 by tourisme ministry as one. If our staff was so "emabarrassed", it was about you, who insisted we do not deserve our 4-stars. I am sorry if the hotel did not meet your expectations : - no, there is no reception with a desk : our staff is not hidden behing a desk to welcome you, they are IN FRONT OF YOU ! - yes, the soap is in a recycled plastic device, from the very famous "NUXE" brand - yes, the classic room, as described on the website, is a "small room". We did not lie about it. For a bigger room, you could have chosen the Superior or Privilege room for a better comfort Again, I am sorry if you weRe not satisfied. Sincerely
