This is a renovated old hotel; the rooms are somewhat smaller by American standards, but the views from the windows are lovely & the amenities—particularly the breakfast—are lovely.

Was good but rooms are smaller than what they look.. not walkable to any attractions, but fully connected via public transportation

Not all the rooms come with a balcony- room size is a little small- overall great hotel and excellent service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have had a fantastic stay. The room and view was great. Buffet breakfast is very good. Perfect location and nearby metro. We would definitely stay again next time.

We were extremely disappointed with the service and staff at the property. We called a day ahead to confirm the room, and confirm the names of who would be arriving. The lady that answered the phone took down the names and said everything was set. The following day, upon arrival, they suddenly couldn't find the reservation, told us we arrived a day late, and said the wrong people had arrived. They had apparently given the room away, so they finally put us into a small room after an hour of going back and forth on the reservation. Very unhelpful and unprofessional service, despite us trying to make it as clear and simple in advance. Very dissapointed.

The room was significantly smaller than depicted in the photos, catching us off guard. Being tall myself and with my partner on the larger side, the cramped quarters were a real disappointment. Adding to the frustration, the room's location proved to be unbearably noisy, with constant honking and blaring sirens disturbing our sleep.
Upon expressing our concerns, the staff offered to store our luggage to free up some space, which felt like a temporary fix for a larger problem. Later, when we craved some wine, we waited patiently for service, but after around 10 minutes without any sign of assistance, we decided to abandon the wait and head across the street to the bar instead. Definitely will not be returning
