We stayed at this property for 4 nights to be close to our family but I would rather have taken an Uber every day and avoid this hotel. The A/C was not working and beware when they tell you it’ll be fixed soon because it’s a flat out lie. Not only were the rooms not very clean with little amenities, the staff didn’t do much to compensate for the lack of A/C. They only offered us fans which didn’t do much

The property is in need of a facelift, decoration and probably new carpets and beds

No bar or evening meals available at the weekend when we stayed poor maid service, had to go looking for her to get clean towels and she didn't bother cleaning the room. Reception staff very good and very helpful.

Close to the tube. Area is a bit rundown. The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but the interior is nice and so is the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Location when attending the Philharmonic

Convenient to concert hall.
Posted 10 May 2024 on HotelsI stayed here last year and this year because it is across from the new concert hall. This is not tourist Paris and hardly anyone speaks English. Very convenient for me and safe to come back safely after the concerts.
