Total disappointment compared to other Melia properties we have stayed at. Rooms are degraded and disgusting. The paint is peeling of the walls, toilets are yellow inside. You are not allowed to turn on AC in room based on temperature outside. Handles fall off doors, Doors look like they have been eaten by termites. We only stayed one night and left. We could not stay there any longer. The manager will not give us face after she told us to wait for her 5 mins. We waited 44 ins and she never showed up. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was my 46 bday and my 10 year wedding anniversary. Terrible experience. The rooms do not look like the pictures. Please be aware.

Our hotel is an older building, and while we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, we recognize that there are areas that require improvement. We are currently working on a plan to address some of these issues and ensure that our rooms provide a better experience for our guests in the future. Regarding the air conditioning, we apologize for the confusion. Due to regulations in Paris, the use of air conditioning is limited during certain months of the year, depending on the outside temperature. We understand that this is not ideal, and we are working on ways to provide better temperature control for our guests during transitional weather periods. We also regret that the window situation caused you discomfort, and we are reviewing ways to improve this for future stays. We are very sorry that your attempt to contact reception for additional pillows went unanswered. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will review our communication protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also apologize for the lack of follow-up when you were waiting for the manager. We understand that your concerns were important, and we regret that the manager was unable to meet with you in a timely manner. We will address this with our team to ensure that guests feel heard and attended to promptly. It’s clear that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive for, and we deeply regret that you felt this way. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope that you will reconsider staying with us in the future. I spent 3 nights at this property & I enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious & clean. Staff was friendly & very helpful. I loved the area, tons of restaurants close by & not far from tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and staff take pride in their job. Very convenient and lovely location. My partner and I had a wonderful time and will go back.

Well kept hotel, staff extremely helpful and attentive, always welcomed you with a smile. Comfortable bed and extremely clean, spacious room and bathroom. Will be staying again next time I visit Paris.
