Location is within walking distance of most tourist sites. Lot of dining options nearby as well as decent grocery stores. Neighborhood is clean and and quiet.

I can't say enough nice things about the staff, the hotel itself, or the breakfast. It was and will always be a home away from home.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was close to the Sagrada Familia and other attractions. Our stay was very good and we were extremely pleased. Would consider it again if traveling to Barcelona.

The staff at this hotel are stellar. My room was absolutely fabulous and beyond the soothing colors and fabulous bathroom where all the Comforts… Espresso machine, fabulous lighting, and a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and it’s lovely how you can have a coffee anytime of day in the lobby. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the staff. It has become my second home.

The room was very nice snd clean. However the water in the shower head scarce! Just a sprinkle- no pressure. even though the the location is central. i didnt feel safe in the neighborhood especially at night. The hotel descrption states 10 min walking distance to L’Opera- not true. Its a 25 min walk in an iffy neighborhood. However the room was nice for Parisian standards. I would not stay here again.

However, we sincerely regret that you encountered problems with the water pressure in the shower which fortunately only lasted a short time and which we managed to rectify.We fully understand your feelings about the feeling of insecurity in the area, although we are surprised to know this, as we have never had such feedback from any of the guests who have stayed with us. The central location of our hotel is its greatest asset, enabling our guests to walk to many touristic places, including the Opera Garnier, which is a 10-15 minute walk away. Our team was on hand to inform you of the shortest and easiest way to get to the Opera Garnier.We apologize if this caused any confusion.We hope that you will find a more suitable accommodation for your future stays in Paris.Best regards.
