The hotel is new and closed to metro / RER A which is convenient. The size of Premium room is acceptable with enough space for 1 standard luggage and 1 handcarry luggage. Some of the staff is nice and helpful, especially the elder man at the evening shift. However, the air-conditioning/ heating system is a disaster. They claimed that we can adjust the room temperature by ourselves inside the room but unfortunately we cannot. They told us that they were using heat in winter time (mid Oct) and it was French culture. We do understand but it is unacceptable with room temperature over 27. Indeed, we didn’t feel any heat or cool air coming out from the system. They asked us to open the window but it is noisy. Finally, they gave us a fan on the second day and arranged a technician to come with us in the morning of the third day. The temperature on the third day is perfect (using heat with 20-21 degree). However, the system changed to cooling from the 4th day… the temperature dropped to 17 degree.. and we cannot adjust the temperature up… Besides, they don’t replace all the toiletries, for example, bathrobes, toilet paper… they only replace towels and box tissue. They also don’t change bed linens. We asked them to change on the fourth day. Well, they did offer us to upgrade the room or refund the remaining nights to us if we wanted to change hotel. We didn’t want to pack all our stuffs therefore we declined. Then, no more offer (even a box of chocolate) and follow up with us.

We sincerely regret that your experience with the room temperature has not met your expectations, especially during such a special occasion as your wedding anniversary. We had the pleasure to set up a nice surprise decoration upon your arrival in your room, we hope you liked it. As you mentioned, our heating and cooling system works hotel-wide, and we understand how the unexpected warmth in Paris may have caused discomfort. We have since switched the system to cooling to ensure your comfort for the rest of your stay. We’re also sorry to hear that the room lighting was not to your liking. The room you selected does feature a large window with a street view. We realize that the natural light from the street view may not be as bright as expected due to current weather conditions. However, we hope that the spaciousness of your premium room enhanced your overall experience. In addition, as we aim to offer a more environmentally friendly experience to our guests, we don't change the bed linens and towels every day, but every 3 nights as explained in our Room Directory. Our guests are welcome to asks us of they wand their room linens changed early. As you said, our team worked hard to answer your expectations. As a gesture of our apology, we offered you one of our best suite to enjoy the rest of your stay in. Our hotel manager also offered you to refund the remaining of your stay if you wanted to change hotel. Once our technicians switched the entire hotel’s system to cooling mode, our receptionist checked in to ensure your room was comfortable, and you confirmed that everything was satisfactory Thank you again for sharing your feedback after your stay at Maison ELLE. The room was a bit small for us. The hotel is convenient located near public transportation and the overall service was excellent.

Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us book the Eiffel Tower visit. Beautiful room and very convenient for restaurants and Le Metro.

The Perfect Parisian Hotel! Maison ELLE Paris provided the most pleasurable accommodations I've had while traveling. Above all, the hotel staff were extraordinarily welcoming, warm, and helpful. We enjoyed absolutely everyone we encountered during our week in Paris, but I must give particularly high praise to Flo, who was extraordinarily charming and went out of his way to help us decide what we should do, telling us the best way to do it (including travel options throughout Paris) and what he believed were the must-see destinations around the city, and offering perfect suggestions for where he thought we might enjoy eating. In addition to this, Flo gave us much-appreciated historical background for different destinations, giving us an insight we did not find anywhere else. We cannot thank him enough for making our trip so special. And what a hotel! It is mere steps from the Triangle D'or. The rooms are beautifully appointed in a modern and sleek style. The beds are so inviting one could be forgiven for wanting to sleep in. There is always water waiting in the room at the end of the day, or one may choose from beverages and a lovely cake at virtually any hour. Consider adding the breakfast package, as it is perfect, with plenty to choose from and, of course, espresso, café au lait, and gorgeous French pastries. This is my home now for every Parisian adventure.
