Incredibly friendly night staff, reasonable sized rooms in very central location for price. super close to bobo canal saint martin district, tres cool!

I didnt like the carpet in the room because it gets easy dorty over time. The bed wasnt that confortable and a whole in the middle. But all in all it was a clean and tidy room.

The hotel has lovely staff who are accommodating and speak multiple languages, the rooms are compact but comfortable and have sliding doors to the bathroom as to not take up space in the room. However from our room you could hear the noise of the city up until 2am this wasn’t a problem for us although it may be for families with young children.

Nice hotel for the price. Only flaw was I asked for separate twin beds and they were joined together as a double.

Room was ok. Bathroom was clean but too close to the bed. Staff was helpful. Restaurants and train station close by made it a convenient place to stay in.

One of the worst hotel receptionists i've met. Got there at 12pm a bit too early to check in which was faire enough, receptionist told us to come back at 2pm when check in opens. We wanted around and sat in a cafe and cam back at 2pm. She said the room isnt ready yet and to wait 5 mins. we waited 25 before i asked if it was perhaps ready yet. she told me she cant say when its ready and that check in opens at 2 but it could be anytime after and that was the hotel policy? meaning we could be waiting there until anytime after as in like 7pm and told us to go away out for the day and come back. We said we would like to go to the room to change for dinner etc but she was so so rude saying she doesnt know when the room will be ready and to go away. Honestly i sat there crying waiting an hour and 10 mins in the lobby after an 8 hr flight with no apology and the receptionist just saying stop crying. she was speaking french to another woman who was also super rude not knowing that i speak french. Room was small and smelly food from street came right inside. Just dont go here, not worth the agro or stress
