Great hotel , friendly staff and perfect area. Hotel is clean , bathroom is high and heating is perfect! Will return again.

Pros
the neighborhood is very good.
Cons
It's over a subway so it does rumble. The particular block it's on had a few homeless people. The room is weird: why have glass doors to the bathroom that require a curtain that causes another step to close? Who wants to have glass doors for the toilet so people in the room can see you?

The room is in good size, clean, quiet, very comfortable. The staff are quite nice and helpful.
The shower doesn't have a curtain to full close so water can splash out.
