Some of the staff in the front desk during our first day evening and night shift ) were not helpful and needs improvement in customer service. Housekeeping are excellent .

The only thing about this place that I thought could have been better was the AC in the room.

This was our first trip to Paris and this hotel was just what we were looking for. It was clean and convenient to The Louve, Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Also had good food and shopping nearby. Train station was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Le Grande Hotel de Normandie.
