We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable. Super friendly staff, very kind. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again. Well done le 12

We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk. They were most polite and went out of their way to help us. We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who can all speak excellent English. The room was lovely, very clean and bed was comfortable! Would highly recommend. Pleasent, modern Hotel in a great spot. The street was quite, only the trash truck in the morning, as you would expect in a big city. Everyone was very nice. The Rooms are very, very small (Floor 2), but that is what you expect in Paris. Room is small, but the bathroom is sized appropriate, so the shower etc. Is absolutely to enjoy. All equipment is modern, so you have nice lights, heavy curtains, a big tv.

The rooms are small, it is normal in such a central Parisian neighborhood, my only minus point is you hear everything happening in the corridors but the staff is amazing: friendly, ready to help, and very pleasant especially Sarah!

This property was in a great location, and we were able to walk, catch the bus, or take a short uber ride everywhere. The staff was great and provided us with everything we needed. Upon checking in the front desk staff gave us a wealth of information about where to go and what to do. The hotel was small but that's to be expected in Paris. We had or were able to get everything we needed easily. We'll definitely be staying here whenever we're able to return to Paris.
