The lighting in the bathroom was very poor which made makeup application a challenge. We never figured out how to turn on the towel bar heater in the bathroom. Not very many extra touches for a 5 star hotel. Turn down service was only done once.

Great property and great team. It was olympics and we had to move from our Airbnb. This hotel went above and beyond to take care of us.

Lovely modern design hotel - room was spacious and spotless, bathroom great, snacks and mini bar well stocked and stones left every evening a very nice touch. The roof top terrace is well worth a visit as well, with lovely views of the tower, opera and Paris roofs. We liked the pool as well and loved that entry for children was not limited to a certain interval, as it usually is in other places. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well. The only reason I did not mark five stars on hotel facilities is that the hotel spa does not offer manicure/pedicure and the hotel restaurant is open only between certain hours (with a limited menu available outside).
