This is a nice, no frills hotel. We arrived in Paris late in the evening and just needed somewhere for a night.
The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was perfectly fine.

Dirty old hotel, bath painted, shower glass leaking and all floor was wet, toilet broken, duverts ripped, smelly and old. For breakfast no fruits and vegetables- almost nothing to eat. No parking! Disappointed!

No working AC, broken shower. Unfriendly staff especially evening shift. Had worst experience of the hotel stay.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their AC was broken. It was sooo hot.

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY EVER. We have booked a family room but upon check-in there were no rooms available so they have to split us into two tiny rooms. The front desk clerk refused to speak in english with us and I was luck I knew some french. Staff was always rude and unfriendly. We payed the whole stay at check-in and did not had any extra charges due. A couple days later the hotel charged my credit card I used to make my reservation, which was different from the one I paid the hotel charges, almost 500 USD extra. I tried to call the hotel many times, sent emails and never got a response back from them. Some of the calls I made they put me on hold for almost an hour. I still don’t have a resolution for this and I had to contact my credit card company to help with this dispute. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
