There is not even one good thing that I can say about this hotel. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, no staff or equipment to carry the luggage. Unfriendly customer service…. Can write a write a book with the unpleasant experience we’ve had at this place

It was overall a nice stay however ibis should provide at least kettle in the room that is the basic amenities now a days.

Very close to a Metro station and good restaurants. We did not like our very small room. The bathroom was the smallest we've ever had in a hotel. Not good. However, there were some staff that really helped us out. Breakfast area was typical and chaotic, but it was a big hotel. The female staff member taking room numbers at the breakfast room was very nice.

Staff was attentive and kind. The location is next to the metro which is perfect for getting around the city. The hotel room is comfortable and cleaned daily. No issues throughout our stay - would stay here again.

No safe in the room, missing a kettel for making tea/coffee as one wakes up. Should at least have potable hot water available 24/7 in the lobby.

The room was tiny! Sized for one person. Bathroom was 1.5x of the airplane bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Few amenities. Metro very close. Restaurants very close. Breakfast was very good. Would not stay there again.
