The staff were wonderful, but the place was small, the bathrooms and showers were common area, and the location and area were questionable

This was a decent location for a reasonable price. It is close enough to get to all of the main attractions. Hostel type environment with shared toilets and showers.

Avoid at all costs. Homeless, aggressive people living outside the hotel who spat at me when passing. Armed police in reception on check in. Room stunk of smoke which carried through the entire corridor. The window restrictor was broken meaning the window swung wide open. The communal toilet was disgusting and dirty, with black mould in the shower cubicle. Could not stay in dirty unsafe conditions and had to find accommodation elsewhere. Hotel refusing a refund even though we did not stay

Absolutely disgusting, around the hotel is awful !
I left on the first night and weren’t offered a refund for the next two, You have to pay for towels, and if the sign on the door says don’t come in they still enter without knocking. Awful hotel , drunken people everywhere
