The air condition was not working and the only window in the room cannot be opened. The clerk at the front desk promised that a room change would be possible after the manager comes to work the next day, but then he said that the hotel is fully booked and room change is not possible. The bathroom smells like piss. The bed sheets and towels had stains. And the breakfast staff were rude and micro-managers. The hotel is really old and needs a major renovation before receiving more guests.

You get what you pay for, including the attitude from couple of staff!! Majority of staff were really nice but you remember the obnoxious one! The two executive rooms I took were quite big and were maintained very well. The breakfast was good too. Loved it! Probably I should have read the description better, I was expecting atleast a water kettle and tea facility in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Reseda paying €90 deposit was a shock, I wasn’t too happy seeing some of the staff having a shouting at a customer for wanting to takin her coffee to her room. Other than that is was clean and local to the Metro station
