Room was small - no upgrade available even though my VIP status entitles me to one if available. Smart TV does not work when trying to connect to screen sharing devices. Best member of staff was Massy the barman - very polite, skilled and attentive in his approach. It’s not a damning review as the place is ‘okay’ but it’s got work to do on treating its customers better before we would consider visiting again.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond. Property is clean and well kept. 2 minute walk from cadet metro station and really close to gare du nord, good metro links to get all around Paris and the main tourist spots. Overall a perfect stay. Would recommend and stay here again

Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly. One small point was that it was a bit strange that the hotel room door does not close/lock automatically after exiting the room, you need to use the physical key to lock it from the outside.

The hotel was fine, but not 5* in my opinion. Day time staff were friendly, however the night staff were not; one night I was unwell and needed some assistance and the night staff member was not very hospitable. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but it was very worn and in need of some updates. For example, the blind in the room was broken and one of the wardrobe doors would not close fully. The price did reflect this looking back, as it was cheaper than most other 5* hotel in Paris.

A fabulous wee hotel
The Parister Hotel was excellent in every way. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food but the location was nearby lots of fabulous little cafes and restaurants. Very close to the metro and walking distance to the Sacre Coeur, Galleries Lafayette and L’Opera. Amazing location. I took my daughter to Paris for her 30th birthday and we had the best time!

HOTEL LIMPIO Y SEGURO PARA FAMILIAS Y BIEN SITUADO
Un excelente hotel, muy bien situado, muchos restaurantes, teatros, panaderías artesanales y supermercados cerca. Para llegar o movilizarse es muy fácil, tienen paradas de metro a pocos metros como Cadet o incluso Grand Boulevard Ubicado en una zona muy segura. Respecto a la limpieza, es impecable, en nuestro caso que tengo esposa e hijos alérgicos al polvo no tuvieron problema alguno. Aunque el piso es en alfombra esta exageradamente limpio. La habitación era un dúplex, con un baño donde esta la ducha y una tina mas el lavamanos, en otro lado esta el inodoro, algo raro pero muy práctico. Es perfecta para una familia de 4 personas, tiene caja fuerte, excelente vista al patio interior de la instalación. El hotel tiene dos bloques, uno de 4 pisos y otro de 3, los dos tienen ascensores. En cada pasillo tienen un dispensador de agua que hasta incluso suministra agua con gas. Abajo tiene espacios abiertos para sentarse, leer y tomar o comer algo. No usamos el comedor porque el precio por el desayuno era alto con relación a lo que se puede encontrar en la zona. Las habitaciones las entregan con amenidades de limpieza, salidas de baño en toalla y son muy pendientes de los detalles, en nuestro caso pasada la pascua; hasta mensajes y huevos de chocolate encontramos. La habitación que nos tocó, tenia una pequeña terraza, con dos sillas y una mesa donde puedes pasar un rato. En el spá tienen incluso manzanas para que puedas comer mientras te relajas, un sauna seguro y bueno.

Beautifully clean and tidy. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Shower was great. Swimming pool is narrow and long and has to be booked, which we ended up having all to ourselves.
