Absolute recommendation. No hesitation. Amazing staff. This is hotel is well managed and extremely well maintained. Location cannot be better. We had an issue that was out of control of the hotel, and they managed it with top professionalism.

Anastasia and the whole team were exceptional. The property and comfort were outstanding and the location was very convenient for walking and metro. The extra charge to check into a vacant room earlier than usual check in time is in very poor taste. I wonder if the extra €30 ridiculous and money grab fee is worth the diminished impression and reputation

We loved this boutique hotel. Great location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We will stay there next time.

The hotel is older and quaint. Location was great but staff wasn't friendly. The elevator was out, and our room was on the sixth floor - the stairs are narrow and uneven. Would not book with them again unless elevator was working.
