Anastasia and the whole team were exceptional. The property and comfort were outstanding and the location was very convenient for walking and metro. The extra charge to check into a vacant room earlier than usual check in time is in very poor taste. The hotel is older and quaint. Location was great but staff wasn't friendly. The elevator was out, and our room was on the sixth floor - the stairs are narrow and uneven. Would not book with them again unless elevator was working.

Excellent hotel to stay in while in Paris. Great location close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. Reception arranged pickup for us to and from the airport. Both drivers were excellent and on time.
