The front desk people were wonderful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly. Shower and bed very good. We were disappointed that our espresso machine didn’t work but the people at the front desk were great to make us our morning coffee. We would have also liked our refrigerator to work but it didn’t.

The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, comfortable beds, helpful staff. It was a little cramped for 4 in the junior suite but everything else was so great it made up for that.

Tess was just wonderful from the moment she checked me in to the moment she handed me my boarding pass. Kooba in housekeeping was so so sweet when I asked for more coffee pods and bottle of Evian water. 3 min from Madeleine metro station and 5 min from Hermes on Saint Honore and also close to Palais Garnier.
