Convenient to train stations - 5 min walk. Walking at night felt safe. Charming hotel decor & clean and comfortable. Checked in a midnight at just rang the bell and they let us in. Very friendly & accommodating. They let us storage luggage for the day as we did the tourist thing

Had a wonderful room at the hotel with great facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Most of the staff were wonderful. It would have been a perfect stay but for a few minor things. On check in my room had no towels. Then a couple of evenings I was ringing the bell to be let in for about 15 minutes in not the nicest area of Paris. But the good points definitely make this a great place to stay

The room is modern and clean. There is small fridge and kettle to boil water which are very useful. We got an attic room which was spacious to put our luggages. Staff at the hotel were nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our first time in Paris. We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Location, location, location! I love the convenient location and it’s walkable to Gare du Nord station for Eurostar travellers and Gare de l’Est metro station to get around Paris! There are many dining options close by. Our room is a good size and its so adorably decorated too! It’s very clean with modern amenities and a space to hang our clothes (just bring your own hangers lol!). I also appreciate the A/C working really well! Breakfast was really good too! I love the baked goods, boiled/scrambled eggs and sausages available. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Staff were very nice, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel has a free luggage storage but it’s not locked nor has staff to watch over it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for Eurostar travellers.

We are told to turn left. Don’t turn right. It’s dangerous. We were so far out from everything, that by the time we paid for a taxi, we could have upgraded locations. A/C didn’t work well. One room had to keep window open. Street below was very loud into the night. Had to ring a bell to get in the hotel, it’s that sketchy outside. Had to pay for airport shuttle in cash, then hotel didn’t pay driver. Driver had us wait in the parking lot and call hotel before we could take our flight. Tiny tiny rooms. Hard to walk around. No where to really put two suitcases. I could go on and on.

Great place, we enjoyed our stay. Only slight niggle was that our room hadn't been cleaned when we checked in - as we discovered when we opened the door - and had to wait 15mins for a replacement room which was slightly smaller
