room had a unpleasant smell, couldn't connect to the TV on first night, no slippers & robes, had to tighten shower myself so it works,

The staff was both professional and accommodating. Loved the area hotel is in. The hotel was beautiful and quaint.

The front desk staff were amazing. I got sick after being there for the Olympics, and the women offered me tea & honey, even soup to help me feel better. I don't remember their names, but they were amazing. Even the cleaning lady was friendly & always provided towels, soap, whatever I needed even though I didn't speak French. I would def stay here again. Thank you everyone😊

The staff is always smiling. The are is very convenient, near Galeries Lafayete and Moulin Rouge.
