This is a good hotel in an excellent location. It's near lots of restaurants and metro stations, and is reasonable walking distance to the RER B train to Charles de Gaulle airport. The lobby has a nice warm, casual feel to it, where a solo traveller might hang out and get to know others. The room itself is quite small, but that's pretty normal for Paris, and our room had a lovely view out over the street and neighbourhood from the 3rd floor. Also, the window opens and there is a decent wrought iron grill over it, so we were able to put our milk and beer out there, to keep cool, which we could do in November, and was important since the room doesn't have a fridge. I had 2 complaints. One: the elevator has a disconcerting shudder. And two: despite the small size of the room, there IS room for bedside tables, which the room does not have. There are tiny ledges where you might put your phone and/or your glasses, but your tablet, book, headphones, drink, etc have to go on the floor. That would be easily fixable with simple little tables.
