Not impressed. Pillows were like rocks. Shower didn’t drain and was horrible. Furniture was worn out with stains.

Posted 4 Apr 2024 on HotelsAll staff is nice and friendly. The service of the receptionist, phunkyi is exceptionally good. I left my backpack in the Uber, she helped all her best to get it back.
The hotel is close to subway, the breakfast is good, but need more lightning in the room. One more chair in the Premier room will be good.

Clean and great location. Not overly ‘parisien’ but well located for walking to Louvre, Orsay etc

Great location, room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Nice breakfast and very comfortable bed.

I loved this property. It was a very convenient location for food, shopping, and excursions. The entire staff was very helpful and breakfast every morning turned out to be more convenient than we anticipated. The room was cleaned every day. We decided to go with the suite for more space and did not regret it. The stay was so pleasant that I would stay here every time I’m in Paris.
