I loved this property. It was a very convenient location for food, shopping, and excursions. The entire staff was very helpful and breakfast every morning turned out to be more convenient than we anticipated. The room was cleaned every day. All staff is nice and friendly. The service of the receptionist, phunkyi is exceptionally good. I left my backpack in the Uber, she helped all her best to get it back. The hotel is close to subway, the breakfast is good, but need more lightning in the room. One more chair in the Premier room will be good.
