Facilities were a bit tattered, not four star quality as listed but staff was really kind and friendly and was one of the few places to honor Expedia’s vip late check out.

Great stay

Air con issues and not willing to help
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsHad a few issues with the room. Namely the air conditioning not working and the room being very hot.
Staff couldn't help at all, aside from offering another room but asking me to pay a top up fee. The room they did offer was much cooler.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! You indeed booked a single room. You asked for a bigger room and as the double rooms are not the same price, a fee is requiered to switch room. Otherwise, we are always happy to switch room for free for any inconvenience if it is a same category of room.

The room was very small and not as represented in the photographs. Very dated but clean. The walls photos of the hotel interiors are not representative and we overpaid for our stay. Lesson learned…need to stick with a branded hotel like Hilton or Marriott. Location was so-so.
