Good experience
Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsMy experience was good. Check-in was very smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was not that serious. We were only there for one night. I would recommend for short stays.

Restaurant and bar closed
Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsAfter checking in we were informed the bar and kitchen wasn’t open and all we could have was water. Was told there was restaurants 15 min walk away. The restaurants were Burger King or McDonalds. Nothing else was open. If we had known in advance there was nowhere decent to eat we would have stayed in Paris longer. Booked for a quick night before an early morning flight and was very disappointed.

The owners or front desk staf were surly and disinterested in being helpful. The adjoining restaurant/lougne was closed all 4 days of our stay. This was annoying because there were few other options.
The train station was very close. The hotel is within 2 train stops of the airport and Pari is about a 30 minute train in the other direction. A shopping mall about a 15 minute walk but run down and very low quality.
Based on poor hotel staff attitude and poor amenities, I don't recommend this hotel. If you need a quick overnight before flying out, it would do.

Hotel was conveniently near a metro stop in zone 4, but since it’s in the business district the nearest restaurants are a 30 min walk, but if you’re metro savvy you’ll be fine

This place was great for us. We had a very long layover so being that it was right at the train station and only about 15 minutes to get to the airport was perfect. We were also easily able to get to so the city by trian. Easy check in process and good value for price.

Staff member nasty and very rude. Especially the person on front desk the day I check in Friday March 1,2024. Carpets on the room very old. This hotel only look nice on the entrance beside that nothing.
