We enjoyed the location. Room was small but it was expected. There were no facecloth or facial tissues and only one big bath towel for the 3 of us. There was no bath mat for the floor which got all wet when taking a shower unless we used one of the few towels we had. Initially we were told the breakfast would be less expensive for my daughter (12), but morning of, another staff member said we had to pay full price for her. We were unable to pay for the breakfast in cash as we wanted because it was our last morning and wanted to get rid of our Euros before returning to Canada. There was also a big black dead bug in our room looked like a roach but it was hard to tell because it was squashed.
The hotel was ok, we did appreciate that our room was ready and accessible a little early, staff was generally pleasant, but for the price we paid for one night, we were slightly disappointed.

We stayed for one night and got the triple room. Being the largest room available it had adequate space for two. There are some reviews that other rooms maybe too small, please check those too.

The hotel is located in a a lovely neighbourhood that is well connected to all the attractions that Paris offers. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Very well priced especially for the location! The staff were friendly and it was a treat to see the dogs too!
