Location is on a quiet street if you prefer a peaceful stay and sleep in the nighttime. It is close to Metro station and surprisingly there are many good cafe restaurants at major street corners, markets that open late night. One major setback for this hotel is no air-conditioning in the small room which is difficult during the hot months in Paris. I suggested to the hotel to install permanent fans in ceiling rather than the portable fan on desk which does not provide adequate ventilation. The location is great if you want to know what it is like living in Paris, and not be in a bustling tourist area!

Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Photos are highly misleading. Do not stay here.

The hotel was opposite a hostel that was full of men, these men where ‘cat calling’ and shouting stuff at us across the road when we were sat on our balcony or even just had the doors open.
There were lots of people begging in the area, if you were to walk to or from the hotel in the evening or at night they all stopped you for your attention.
The room had carpet and was not hoovered at all, the toilet had stains, the bath/ shower had limescale and grime in between the tiles, the walls were dirty and stained, the balcony has astro turf which had not been brushed.
We requested no housekeeping every day yet after returning from 12 hours out in the day, the bed had been made and towels refreshed. Still no hoovering completed or cleaning of the bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable with people entering our room while we weren’t there, yet they still did after requesting not too.
There was also no circulation in the room, just the doors onto the balcony which were unsafe to have open at night and one small fan which didn’t move, the room was too hot and there was no way to regulate.
The breakfast is €13pp per day. It was a small selection of a bread and a croissant, 3 spreads, butter and yoghurt in the fridge, a ham, a cheese, 3 cereals, water and orange juice. No pancakes or wider selection as pictured on the website. We visited the patisserie around the corner which offered much more and came to less than €13pp.
Sadly, would not recommend this hotel.

Not clean
Posted 30 Jul 2024 on HotelsPrice-gouged due to the Olympics, which I can understand, but even at the normal rates, I would have complaints:
Pros:
- Friendly reception staff, quick check in
- Very close to Metro and good Patisserie
- Nice balcony
- Sheets were fresh and clean
- Other reviews mention noise, but our stay was quiet, with no disturbance
Cons:
- Dirty old carpet in the room, which was covered in previous guests' detritus. Asked for it to be cleaned; didn't happen. It wasn't just a 'few bits of fluff' - it was bad enough that I didn't want to be barefoot on it.
- Balcony had old cigarette ends and packaging from previous guests, I had to clean it myself.
- Bathroom looked like it needed a good clean too, lots of stains on the flooring and shower surrounds
- No Aircon, so really hot at night. Not a deal breaker, but not comfortable either.
Basically, I got the impression they change the sheets and towels between guests and nothing else. Was fine for our 4-night stay but I wouldn't go back.

Wi Fi was extremely slow. Staff was good. Size of the rooms extremely small. Photos on line make it look huge. Shower is aprox 2.5. “ x 2.5 “. Too small for confort but water pressure was great.
