Absolutely loved it. Quality from top to bottom. Cost,quiet,excellent food,friendly ,helpful stuff,the whole interior design-perfect! The only think I really didn’t like was the temperature at the sauna which needs to be adjusted,it was so hot that after three minutes I felt I was being burned. It’s definitely a health hazard,especially for people who are not very experienced with saunas . Otherwise,highly recommended ,will definetly come back!

A 5 star hotel that rates 3 stars
Posted 28 Jun 2024 on HotelsI booked this hotel thinking it was a five star resort however, when I arrived at the hotel, we were met by two lovely ladies working the front desk. One of them turned out to be a bell woman which is fine. She handled my bags. When I got to the room, I was very disappointed. It was very small. It was clean. The decor looked old. However I was told it was only two years old. The bathroom was very antiquated. There was not enough storage room in the bathroom. The closets were very small. The only thing things that were good. I engaged with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and agreed to move us to a different room, which was a bit better. It was very warm in Paris and the AC was not up to a 5 star hotel, however they did give us a fan that worked nicely.

As you correctly mentioned, our property opened in October 2021, offering brand new furniture. We regret to hear that you did not enjoy our timeless design and unique atmosphere of a countryside home in the center of Paris. Our Maison offers a blend of antique pieces and bespoke creations, crafted by our architects and artistic direction, both of whom are well-known entities in Paris. Regarding your comment on the room temperature, and more specifically on the air conditioning, the recent heatwaves you experienced were quite unexpected and we have set the temperature in your room as low as possible. Please be aware that, despite our new building being subject to strict environmental standards, your room temperature was around 17/18C (62-64F). We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the cleanliness of our rooms and with our staff, particularly our Front Desk agents and Duty Manager. We have duly noted that the second room you were moved into suited you better than the first. Rest assured that your profile has been updated with the preference for this category if you want to give us a second chance. During your discussion with our Duty Manager, you also mentioned that you loved our breakfast and especially the service, which is a true reward for us.As service and teams are at the core of our hotel, we are very grateful for this feedback.
