Amazing staff, very kind, warm and friendly! :)
really enjoyed my conversations with all of them, would highly recommend this hotel for the welcoming staff! The location and everything else is a great added benefit :)

The staff were so excellent and helpful. The area is super convenient. The room was small but comfortable. So many rooms in Paris are small. It was a little odd that we had to return the key to the front desk when we went out and pick it up when we returned, but that was not a big deal. I would stay here again!

Property is in a good location, many walkable sites, restaurants, and close metro station. The small things proved irritable- asking repeatedly to change the sheets (which finally happened after 5 days}, getting proper and sufficient towels, getting the shower faucet repaired (it fell off several times). It's convenient that they provide a tea kettle, but no cups/mugs. Great that they provide two drinking glasses, not so good that they never clean/replace them during the 7 days stay.

Dear Michael,Thank you for letting us know about your experience.The towels are replaced daily into the Hotel, but our supplier delayed one of our delivery during your stay that's probably why you felt like you did not had enough and we excuse for that, we did the best that we could with what we had. Cups and mugs were accessible just by asking to the reception it's important that you communicate everyone of your needs during your stay in order to benefit from the best help from our team.To be honest with you the cleaning service already have a lot of work each day and you ask about changing some sheets who were 2 days old and your bed still seems pretty clean. When customers are doing long stay it's usually at the 5th day that we replace the sheets for you.We are still taking in consideration all that you said in order to improve even more our quality of service.Yours faithfully,Caron Hotel Team.
