Charming little hotel
Posted 16 Jun 2022 on HotelsI recently had a 4-night stay at Aero and overall I was pleased with my choice. The room was very clean. It faced the street and the plaza, which made it very noisy at times, but it did not bother me, I loved the atmosphere and the street view.
The room is smaller than it shows in the picture, but since I was out for the most part of the day, there was no issue there.
The hotel is very well placed, it is easy to get anywhere for visiting, shopping or going out, around the area or to the rest of the city.
The cafe-restaurant downstairs is also very good, with a good variety of choices for eating and drinking. Very busy at times.
The staff is nice and always ready to help.
The only issue I had was finding the the air conditioner not working when returning very late for the last night I spent at the hotel, but incidents do happen.
The website advertises the shuttle to the airport; in my case I was offered to book a taxi the day before which I did. The taxi fare was not included in the price of stay as I thought and it turned out to be higher than the taxi ride i had taken when arriving. I did not complain, since the taxi came on time and got me to the airport earlier than expected. I would suggest asking for alternatives and pricing at the time of booking to avoid confusions.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely return at this hotel.
