There was bed bugs in our room. My husband woke up to many bites. Not looking forward to the work at home to deal with this. We were in a 5 star hotel in Lisbon before this with no problems.

Wonderful Hilton hotel, amenities are up to their standards, but the dining experience is another story, waited too long to even order and then waited over 1 hr for dinner, mind you this was at 9:30pm at night ! Need to work on service and cooking staff to turn your service around

Fancy hotel with bad service, minimal amenities, terrible food, rooms that were terribly hot and AC that took hours and hours to cool.
Chose this one because it was 'hilton' - wish I had chose a different hotel.

I didn’t like seeing rats in the bushes right in front of the entrance, and the revolving door not working. Perfect for sneaky rats to get in, when not using revolving door

compared to other Hilton located on airport site ( i.e. heathrow), this hotel is of impossible access by feet with no indication from terminal area. this hotel has no shuttle either. pathetic.
otherwise the facility itself is better quality than heathrow.
service at restaurant is not efficient.
