very rude receptionist

The guy at the reception in the morning shift was extremely agressive. I asked the guy in the night shift for a late check out at least one hour as I wanted to sleep, he said ok. Then in the next day the other called with an attitude and he literally told me “ I give you 10 minutes to leave or you pay!!” Like I’m in the army or I’m asking for his mercy!!! Was a weird experience, I never had it in my life. Also when I left he told me a bad words. I’m speechless about his agressive attitude. He needs to learn how to be professional and have some skills on the hospitality.

Monsieur;nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre séjour.Vous êtes passé à notre hôtel après avoir fait les autres hôtels du quartier vers 16h afin de visiter une chambre et de faire une réservation en direct, malgré la visite que notre collègue vous a faite et la proposition de tarif, vous avez malhonnêtement réservé en ligne devant mon collègue pour gager 10 euros, un comportement inacceptable.Afin de démontrer notre compétence, mon collègue vous a attribué la même chambre. En aucun cas, le check-out n'est à 14h.Il y a des hôtels à travers le monde qui vous facturent un check-out tardif.Le lendemain mon collègue vous a téléphoné à 12h50, ce qui équivaut à une prolongation de 50 minutes. Je vous informe poliment que le check-out est à midi, vous avez répondu : "non, je pars à 14h comme prévu." Il vous a accordé jusqu'à 13 h, mais vous avez été arrogant, et vous aviez jeté la clé à la réception,Il vous a demandé poliment de partir, craignant que vous ne franchissiez les limites, mais vous n'arrêtez pas de crier et d'entendre des choses comme la police, je suis journaliste etc. ….etc. alors que vous êtes complètement en tort, vous avez pris en photo (nous sommes en mesure de porter plainte contre vous, nous avons vos documents d'identité). Des voisins seront témoins.Nous vous incitons à prendre le temps de lire et de revoir les expériences de nos clients.En tant que journaliste, il n'est pas autorisé de rester jusqu'à 14h ou de faire des menaces à l'égard de notre collègue.

Great hotel the only thing that was missing was ac in the room as it was very hot 35 degrees but it had a fan

A really lovely stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room and location in Paris were excellent. Really good value for money. Would definitely return!

The staff was excellent and very helpful, this being my first time in Paris. Only thing I perhaps did not like at first was when you go out you have to give the desk the room key. At first this seemed strange but it was not a problem at all. I am sure they are just trying to monitor who is coming and going for safety reasons

Excellent hotel that doesn't cost a fortune.Very helpful desk employees. Great location. Very comfortable. Only complaint (although not their fault) is very noisy outdoor bar across the street! Ugh.
