Granted, hotel rooms in Europe are small but this place was built in mid eval times. Nothing is plum. The shower is microscopic. My bed slanted and feet extended over the edge. It is convenient but not worthy of such a high recommendation from Expedia without better warning of the condition of this place. The bed wasn’t horse hair, luckily but it is that old and of that era..

The property is not fancy, but very practical and suitable. It makes up for it in the location.

Hôtel was near as a pin, clean, and well decorated. The staff was kind and courteous.

Loved our stay here. Location was perfect, easy to walk to all of the places we wanted to go. Room was so cute and clean. Had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff is helpful and calm
Location is near rhe river and rhe island.
They plan to refurbish.

It’s the obviously not a usual American hotel chain. It’s a cozy hotel with elevator. It’s perfect location and quiet. In 30 minutes we visited several famous locations while walking ( we weren’t expecting so many and so close to the hotel). Room was very small and cozy especially for American standards. Bathroom was clean. Very unique design, very French. Our room had adjoining balcony with other room with little table and chairs. Hotel organized for us pick up from airport and to back to airport which was very convenient especially when we don’t speak French language. Breakfast was available. We did enjoy the stay.

Rooms and showers are too small, there are no power points for devices (we had to unplug a lamp to charge our phones). Sudenly the alarm started beeping (and were not informed why) we had to leave immediately as that was too noisy. But the worse was we stayed almos 24 hours with no WiFi. A tourist cannot survive with no WiFi. Some staff are friendly, some others indifferent.
