There was nothing to dislike about this property 5min walk away from the disney village and the staff are very friendly would stay there again.

Disney's Newport Bay Club is a gorgeous nautical themed hotel. The architecture and indoor decor are stunning! Both restaurants serve delicious food, and their gift shop has a great selection. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that you cannot really control the air conditioning in the room. You cannot feel its cooling effect. The lowest temperature is 19 ºC, and you can't turn it off. Other than that, our stay at the hotel was amazing.

Some of the staff in bar in the Newport did not seem very tolerant of children which is really surprising since this is a Disney hotel and we were made to feel very uncomfortable daring to spend time here with our 2 children. The rooms were loud and not soundproofed, the shower was awful.
The pool was great.
This hotel is fine, we stayed at the sequoia first which was cheaper and much better.

Lovely hotel that has the premium property refinement of the Hotel New York Art of Marvel, but at a much lower cost. The Compass Club was fantastic and worth the added cost for the civil check in, exclusive breakfast room, and hush floor room product.
