Please avoid at all cost, can't believe there were cockroaches in my room and despite one of the staff member, Nicolas being as helpful as possible, this was a really bad experience

Staff not friendly. Language barrier. Staff too slow. No kettle or coffee machine. Air conditioning not working. Area is very smelly.

There was no personal hygiene supplies like shampoo or toothpaste, toothbrush provided; the heating is very noisy when operating; unsafe neighborhood.
