Nice staff. AC wasn’t working in the room - was told the room wasn’t equipped with AC - sleepless night. Commented on check out “every room has AC you were given the wrong information” - won’t use it again

Staff very friendly and helpful - encouraged to use the restaurant and 'service compris' meant there was no hassle.
Location is good, a walk across the park to the RER Nanterre Préfecture which is 4 stops from Les Halles - Chatelet - perfect for sightseeing

Staff are friendly and helpful,breakfast has no hot option and rooms are due an update(our shower leaked)

Reception was so helpful. Always tried their best to help me. They also helped me to keep my babies food in the fridge
