STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. We left within 9 hours of checking in. We were supposed to stay from Monday until Wednesday. We arrived and the bar tender was the one who checked us in. We get to our room (I am with two seniors, my parents) and the room had no air conditioning so I went downstairs to ask about it and three of their employees confirmed that for the next 8 months, the air is going to be turned off by the hotel. I asked why and they said because the weather is cooling down. IT WAS HOT IN OUR ROOM. There was no ventilation either and the pillows and couch I slept on smelled like vomit and cigarette smoke. I had to book a second hotel at 12:51am and get my parents out of there and the hotel NOR EXPEDIA would give us any sort of compensation or refund despite this false advertisement when under the amenities section, it says “air conditioning” but there was none when we got there FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL.

I don’t know how this hotel qualifies it as four star. It should be three at most, perhaps two. Phone doesn’t work, can’t reach staff, extra charge for shuttle, no wake up call, dirty walls. The room was modern but not particularly comfortable. It felt like a sci-fi death cocoon. Avoid.
