"I would have given a higher rating but we had to leave the breakfast table after waiting nearly half a hour for out hot food and on check out there was no real apology for this. The place is very lovely but staff were not overly friendly. Would probably from a senior person in charge. "

"Wow! From the moment we drove through the gates and were welcomed by Valentino, we were blown away. The property is stunning from the outside but is surpassed by what the owners have done to decorate the inside. Each room is breathtaking and the service of nightly orderves left us totally impressed. "Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

Great location, ammenities and service!

"A great location, fun decor, friendly staff and comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms! This is a hotel that Americans might appreciate because of the services, amenities and larger room sizes. We live in Paris and went for a weekend trip with our little dog in tow, and it was a perfect spot! "

"We walked to the hotel from the train station. We went out the main doors of the train station. We could have made it much easier on ourselves if we went to the lower level and crossed under the tracks. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Not too expensive, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed."
