Nice cozy place, fun. Pleasant area. Great staff

Pros: Friendly, very welcoming staff. Andrea and Sergio will do their best to make you feel right at home. Thanks, guys!
Cons: Rooms are basic, but nice, clean and efficient. Hot water in the shower would be nice! :)
Location: As I said, the Southwest region of the Dominican Republic is still a frontier area. A visit to Bahia de las Aguilas is a must.
Paraiso Perdido could be renamed as Paraiso Re-encontrado (Paradise Found Again). This is truly a hidden gem in a out of the beaten path area. The Southwestern Dominican Republic is fast emerging as a great alternative tourist destination. Accomodations and logistics (noticeable paucity of places where credit cards are accepted or availability of ATMs) are a bit rough in general in the region. Here is where Paraiso Perdido fills in a gap. A nice, small privately owned and operated place strategically placed not too far of everything. From hee you can comfortably reach from Barahona and Lake Enriquillo to Pedernales and Bahia de las Aguilas. A place definitely worth checking.

This was a small hotel hosted by an Italian fellow, very clean and conveniently located across the beach, The beach is virgin and not rehabilitated so lots of small round stones and weeds etc.. however the water is incredible and the sand soft, this is a undeveloped area so dont expect any luxury. The hotel is friendly and clean the rooms are spacious and very basic but comfortable, the restaurant has good food and fresh fish but costly for the area but no other options around unless you drive half hour back to Barahona. This is a nice little hotel if you are on your way to Pedernales and want to break the trip in two days. Its also nice if you want to be somewhere alone and have piece and quiet. Pool is nice and property is well maintained. Price is fair for what you get

A bad experience, I just saw the hotel and I left.

A bad experience, I just saw the hotel and I left it right away, went we came there, the hotel didn't have light, so dirty, the bathroom was so litter and full of mold. It was a terrible experience, a nightmare.

Dejligt hotel i skønne omgivelser

Dejligt hotel i skønne omgivelser nær stranden. Fin restaurant og imødekommende engelsktalende personale. Adgang til afkølet drikkevand ad libitum.
