"Great place to stay esp so because I booked on short notice. It’s located in a Main Street in Madrid and in the middle of all the action but my room was in the rear so I didn’t hear street noise. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The walls are kind of thin so I heard the guests next door talking and there was periodic noise from guests walking in the hallways but it was fine. "

"We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. "This apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a few blocks from Atocha Station. Though our stay was brief due to an early train, we found everything in excellent order. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and pleasant stopover!"

"The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. "Loved the unique touches Bob W Arte had, like the tote bag and polaroid camera to take pics of your stay. Also found the washing machine and two detergent pods provided extremely convenient and useful (we did laundry twice!). They had a great assortment of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, and salt & pepper for cooking. "A lovely hotel, very well located and definitley felt like a 5 star. The only thing I would say is the rooms were quite small compared to other hotels of that quality I have stayed at. Despite this, they were clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was a great size and had a bath and shower."

"A wonderful place to stay in Madrid. Central location, close to train station. (Spain has a fantastic train system). We paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony/view. But due to the high construction project in front of the hotel, we took a room w/o a view. Absolutely quiet and comfortable room. The breakfast is, truthfully, the best we have ever enjoyed. Unbelievable choice of quality choices. Staff is helpful and present. Don’t make any early morning plans so you can enjoy a leisure breakfast. This hotel invested in a state of the art music system in the breakfast floor. We stayed for only 4 nights. Like us- you won’t want to leave!!!!"
