Its the best hotel (i think) in paracho, its a tiny town. A big bus was parked directly outside our hotel window - we could step off the tiny balcony on to the roof had we wanted to - and was running on and odf all night. I think the people from the bus were staying in the hotel. Its a no parking area so that was odd. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was clean and there was hot water. We were able to get two extra pillows since the bed only had two. It was fine for one night.

The location is a couple blocks from Centro. A quick taxi ride to Centro so the location is great and was quiet.
We required a change from our original booking and the staff helped with this in a very professional manner.

The property is ok to where it is located. Parking is horrendous.
Requested one room with two beds. After I paid it turned out that the room had one bed. Forced to rent two rooms. Much better properties in town.

Lamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nuestro estacionamiento, lo estamos remodelando y por unos meses estará inhabilitado, le pedimos una disculpa por no haberle notificado a tiempo. Respecto a su habitación tenemos en nuestro registro que ocupó la habitación 205 que tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y que en su estancia rentó una sola habitación. Sin embargo vamos a verificar si hubo algún malentendido ya que para nosotros es muy importe que nuestros clientes queden satisfechos con nuestro servicio y obtengan lo que reservaron.
